Three Bears Pastry has originated from the passion in baking and the dream of having her own pastry shop of Watcharapan Vanitkoopalangkul aka ‘Oyl’. After graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Law, Oyl has pursued her dream by mastering in Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in patisserie. Throughout the patisserie courses and the internship in Le Cordon Bleu, Oyl became more passionate and enjoyed going after her dream. Having intention to transmit her love and fascination in baking in her pastry for others to have a taste, Three Bears Pastry has been established accordingly. The name of the shop derived from the prizes, each symbolized as a bear, granted from Le Cordon Bleu while Oyl studied and interned there as it’s the start of following the pathway of her dream.
Three Bears Pastry was established in 2015. At our pastry shop in Soi Suksawat, we delivered an excellent scope of brilliant baked goods and homemade drinks created and crafted using a good-quality local ingredients combined with an excellent imported ingredients resulting in a drooling, satisfying and full-flavored pastry and drinks. Later in 2018, Three Bears Pastry was renovated and has extended its culinary line to provide food up until now for our customers to be able to select both food, dessert and drinks as a full service.
Enlivened by the love of travelling, Oyl has been motived by her experiences from around the world to create an unforgettable taste of her pastry and a new menu with the original concept of a good-quality homemade pastry, and with the hope to pass along the sincerity and deliciousness to everyone who visits our shop.
